*Costs associated with food & beverage services are NOT included in the FACILITY RENTAL RATES. Rental rates are subject to change and availability without notice. Weekday Rentals available $250 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Saturday rates apply to Holidays & Sunday’s on Holiday weekends (such as Memorial Day). We accept cash and checks for payment & book weddings on a first come first served basis.

*One-week hold starts on the day of your complimentary tour and expires 7 days after tour.
